We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be able to diagnose and repair various types of machinery and equipment. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- ASE Certified Fleet / Diesel Mechanic Duties
 - Repair vehicles and equipment as directed, both at the company facility and in the field.
 - Troubleshoot and diagnose problems
 - Fabrication and welding
 - Determining priorities, show enthusiasm while working accurately, concentrating amid distractions, remember details, making decisions, work rapidly but safey, work well with others, work well alone, and work under pressure.
 - Must complete service requests completely, accurately, and legible.
 - Perform other duties as requested.Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
 - Diagnose issues using diagnostic tools, including an Ohmmeter, to identify electrical problems in machinery.
 - Conduct inspections of equipment to determine necessary repairs or replacements.
 - Collaborate with other team members.
 - Follow safety protocols and procedures while working in the shop or field environment.
 - ASE Certified Fleet / Diesel Mechanic Requirements
 - Valid Arizona Driver's License
 - Must be physically fit & pass pre-employment physical.
 - Must pass the company driving test
 - Reliable Transportation
 - ASE Certified Mechanic in Engine Performance.
 - Expertise in fleet maintenance
 - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
 - Proficiency in using an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics is highly desirable.
 - Ability to read technical manuals and schematics effectively.
 - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
 - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
