We're hiring compassionate, reliable CNAs to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care. You'll partner with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to support comfort, safety, dignity, and great outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Personal care & ADLs : Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, peri-care, and incontinence care while preserving dignity and privacy.
• Mobility & safety : Support safe transfers / ambulation (gait belts / lifts), positioning and turning schedules, fall-prevention and elopement precautions.
• Nutrition & hydration : Set up meals, assist with feeding, follow texture-modified diets / thickened liquids, observe aspiration precautions, and document intake / output .
• Vitals & monitoring : Obtain and record vital signs and weights; promptly report changes in condition to the nurse.
• Medication support : Provide medication reminders only per care plan and policy (no administration unless separately credentialed).
• Infection control : Practice hand hygiene / PPE; clean and disinfect equipment and high-touch areas after use.
• Documentation & teamwork : Chart ADLs and observations in the EMR; respond quickly to call lights; communicate kindly with residents / families; collaborate during shift report and with therapy / other departments.
• Unit readiness : Light housekeeping (make beds, change linens, tidy rooms, stock supplies) to maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Other duties as assigned to support resident care.
