Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced radiographic and CT techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician evaluation
  • Partner with radiologists and the healthcare team to drive accurate diagnoses
  • Skillfully position patients and ensure equipment is perfectly calibrated for the best imaging outcomes
  • Follow strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff alike
  • Maintain comprehensive records, including imaging documentation and equipment upkeep
  • Deliver empathetic and patient-centered care throughout the imaging process
  • Foster a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
  • Graduate from an accredited radiology program
  • Essential Certifications

  • ARRT certification in CT and / or Radiography required
  • Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hiring
  • Key Skills and Attributes

  • Expertise in diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations
  • Outstanding communication abilities with patients and fellow healthcare professionals
  • Capacity to thrive in a high-paced environment while quickly adapting to evolving needs

  • Proficiency with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software
