Overview

Sr. TA Specialist @ HairClub – SCoe@hairclub.com | Employee Champion, Employee Branding Specialist & Small Biz Owner

HairClub has helped more than half a million members reclaim their hair and confidence for over 45 years. We aim to be the most trusted personal image and lifestyle authority, with over 100 locations in the USA and Canada offering solutions such as hair regrowth, hair restoration, and scalp micropigmentation.

As a Sales Consultant, you are the first face-to-face contact in the Centers with potential members to help them find the right solution that fits their needs and lifestyle. You will build rapport, ask diagnostic questions in a consultative setting, and guide members to solutions that fit their goals. We offer a consistent schedule that supports work-life integration, a base salary plus uncapped commissions, and an extensive training program on all solutions and programs. You make a difference by helping our members pursue their dreams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact for potential members in HairClub Centers.
  • Consult with clients to understand needs and present appropriate hair solutions.
  • Build rapport, ask questions, and guide customers through the decision process.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and drive successful transactions while handling objections.
  • Provide enthusiastic, professional service to create positive member experiences.

Qualifications

  • Must have excellent consultative sales, negotiation and closing skills (3+ years consultative selling experience highly preferred) with a track record of sales success in B2C. Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge.
  • Well-spoken, high energy, passionate about helping others, and compassionate.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales goals and close transactions while overcoming objections.
  • Ability to create enthusiasm for HairClub and new members.
  • Openness to training and coaching as part of ongoing development and growth.
