Job descriptionSeeking a Board-Certified FM or IM or Geriatric Medicine Physician Outpatient responsibilities only Full-time permanent position Monday " Friday No nights, no weekends Small patient panels for consistency and focus 12-15 patients per day Value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest
Salary and Benefits
