What You'll Do :

Work collaboratively within Agile teams to design, implement, test, and support cutting-edge technical solutions utilizing full-stack development tools and technologies.

Embrace your enthusiasm for technology trends by experimenting with new tools, engaging in both internal and external tech communities, and mentoring fellow engineers.

Partner with digital product managers to create robust, cloud-based solutions, enhancing the financial empowerment of millions of Americans.

Utilize your expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML / CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, along with a range of open-source databases, container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and various AWS services.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree

A minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience (internship experience does not count).

Preferred Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in at least one of the following languages : JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.

1+ years of experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.

3+ years of experience with open source frameworks.

2+ years of experience in Agile methodologies.

For this position, Capital One is unable to sponsor new applicants for employment authorization or provide immigration-related support. The annual salary range for this role is between $158,600 and $181,000, depending on location, with eligibility for performance-based incentives, including bonuses and potential long-term incentives.
