We are looking for a detail-oriented Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in New Braunfels, Texas. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide technical expertise and ensure the seamless operation of desktop systems and applications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver efficient solutions and support end-user needs.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate with analysts, designers, and system owners to test and implement new software programs and applications.
  • Deploy pre-packaged software using automated deployment tools to streamline processes.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure systems meet business requirements, resolve issues, and fulfill end-user expectations.
  • Research emerging technologies, products, and protocols to enhance service desk operations and procurement efforts.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues for end-users through onsite analysis or remote support, implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and knowledge base documentation to support technician and end-user needs.
  • Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate technicians or vendors, ensuring accurate documentation is provided.
  • Administer product and service contracts, including procurement, development, and service control processes.
  • Maintain inventory records for equipment, tracking repairs and warranty services for hardware components.
  • Manage equipment sent to repair depots and ensure proper handling of warranty or service contract items.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
  • Proficient in PC desktop and workstation management.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and desktop hardware.
  • Expertise in Windows 10 and computer imaging processes.
  • Experience with SCCM and Intune for system management.
  • Skilled in using Office 365 and Citrix environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
