The Club at Raider Ranch is an independent living community located in Lubbock, Texas.

Concierge, Full Time

The  Concierge  is responsible for greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.

Job duties for this position will include, but are not limited to :

• Answers the telephone and directs calls as needed, or takes messages, ensuring that no one is left on hold for long periods of time.
• Ensures that all guests and vendors sign in and out.
• Maintains a neat, clean appearance of the front desk office area.
• Helps ensure that needed office supplies are kept on hand or ordered if needed.
• Assists in the submission of resident maintenance work orders.
