What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a seasoned Founding Engineer with a strong background in backend development and cloud infrastructure. You’ll be joining an experienced founding team to design and scale systems that solve high-impact problems in data management for global investment markets.

Requirements

5+ years of software development experience

Proficiency in backend and API development with Python, Java, or Go

Deep experience with cloud platforms and technologies (e.g. AWS, Redis, Temporal)

Proven track record of designing and building scalable, reliable systems

Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

Bonus Points

Experience building agentic systems or LLM-enabled products

Active use of AI tools during the development lifecycle

Background in fintech, data infrastructure, or high-frequency / large-scale systems

What You’ll Do

Design and build scalable solutions to standardize data management across asset classes

Develop infrastructure for ingesting, transforming, and analyzing structured and unstructured investment data.

Collaborate with a world-class founding team to bring cutting-edge AI and data systems to a global market

Contribute to technical decisions, architecture, and product direction in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
