NMLS Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer

A company is looking for a Portfolio Retention Mortgage Loan Officer to maximize opportunities within its existing portfolio and drive client retention.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and retain the company's portfolio, identifying refinance opportunities

Originate FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loans to meet diverse borrower needs

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain relationships with existing clients

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma required; college degree preferred

Active NMLS license required; multi-state licensing preferred

3+ years of mortgage lending experience required

Knowledge of various home loan types including conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA loans

Proficiency with Encompass loan origination system preferred
