Digital experience strategy and implementation : The digital experience coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing digital experience strategies across internal and external platforms to support business objectives, including talent recruitment, marketing, investor relations, and reputation, Public Relations and branding.Digital content planning : The digital experience coordinator is also responsible for content planning for company digital platforms, including the member Intranet, website, and social media. This involves a coordinated and collaborative process for multimedia editorial planning to support business objectivesDigital platform governance : The digital experience coordinator is also responsible for developing and maintaining governance across digital experience platforms, including content ownership and integrity, training, auditing and standard processes for content management.Measurement and reporting : the digital experience coordinator is responsible for using analytics, benchmarking and other insights to evaluate and ensure excellent user experience across digital platforms, including the employee Intranet, the website, and social media.Continuous improvement of digital platforms : The digital experience coordinator must ensure that digital platforms and content provide an excellent user experience inside and outside of the organization, evaluating and adopting the latest best practices in digital communication.Key Skills :
Digital platform development : Development of digital platforms is a critical skill for this role. The digital experience coordinator must have technical aptitude and content management skills to build and evolve the company's digital experience platforms.Excellent analytical skills : Excellent analytical skills are a must-have for this position. The digital experience coordinator must be able to use analytics to measure, gauge and develop an excellent experience across digital platforms.A Learning mindset. As we evolve our digital experience, it will be important for the digital experience coordinator to have the desire and propensity to learn new methods and digital platform management skills.Relationship skills : The digital experience coordinator must have strong relationship skills to work across the organization with stakeholders at all levels, including functional professionals, marketing and sales teams.Collaboration : Collaboration is key to success in this role. The digital experience coordinator must work closely with functional professionals, business stakeholder's marketers, and others to develop and implement digital communication strategies.Project management : Strong project management skills are essential for this position.
