Job description
A company is looking for an Inspection Manager responsible for designing and improving inspection programs across a diverse office real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Govern execution of periodic site inspections and audit outputs for quality and compliance
Develop and maintain inspection protocols, training materials, and reporting frameworks
Analyze inspection data to identify trends and opportunities for corrective action or capital planning
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing facility inspection programs or condition assessments
Strong knowledge of CMMS platforms and facilities operations
Experience with building systems and compliance frameworks
Proficiency in data governance and business intelligence tools
Experience with expense / capital planning and project scope development
