Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes.

• General Ledger Management : Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable : Process invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Bank Reconciliations : Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and company records.
• Expense Tracking : Monitor and report on company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Audit Support : Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
