Part-Time Pet Care Employee or Independent Contractor | Burlington & Camden Counties, NJ.

Sileo Pet Services is hiring responsible, reliable individuals in Burlington and Camden Counties to join our team as Part-Time Pet Care Employees or an Independent Contractor .

This role is perfect for animal lovers seeking consistent hours, meaningful work, and a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do :

  • Provide loving care for pets through services such as dog walking, drop-in visits, overnight sitting, and extended stays.
  • (Optional) Offer in-home boarding if approved.
  • Follow detailed visit instructions and maintain communication with pet parents through our scheduling platform.
  • Represent the Sileo Pet Services brand with professionalism, reliability, and care.

    • Requirements :

  • Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience caring for pets (personal or professional).
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and attentive to detail.
  • Availability for daytime, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Comfortable working independently and following client-specific care instructions.

    • Compensation and Schedule :

  • Starting pay : $16 per hour , with performance-based raises every six months.
  • Typical schedule : 10–25 hours per week , depending on client demand and employee availability.
  • No benefits are provided at this time.

    • Ideal For :

  • Students or individuals with daytime availability (10 AM – 2 PM) or overnight flexibility.
  • Veterinary professionals, animal shelter volunteers, or pet care enthusiasts.
  • Dependable individuals looking for steady, fulfilling work around animals.

    • Serving pet families throughout Burlington and Camden Counties.
