Job Title : Marketo Support Engineer

Location : Remote

Length : 6-10 months

The Adobe Marketo Engage 24x7 Monitoring and Support role is responsible for ensuring the continuous operation and stability of the Adobe Marketo Engage platform. The individual in this role will monitor the platform's performance, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and provide round-the-clock support to users to ensure uninterrupted marketing automation and lead management processes.

Your Impact :

Monitoring : 24X7 Monitoring the performance and availability of the Adobe Marketo Engage platform 24x7 to ensure optimal functioning and adherence to defined service level agreements.

Integrations : Work with third party vendor or team to integration applications like on24,linkedin, REST API

Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues related to the Adobe Marketo Engage platform, including but not limited to system errors, data synchronization problems, and campaign execution issues.

Identify and resolve issues related to the Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform, including but not limited to system errors, data discrepancies, and integration problems.

Incident Management : Manage and resolve incidents related to the Adobe Marketo Engage platform and AEP, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to marketing operations.

Support : Provide technical support to users and stakeholders on Adobe Marketo Engage platform, including answering queries, troubleshooting problems, and offering guidance on platform usage and best practices.

Alerting and Escalation : Set up and configure monitoring alerts to proactively identify potential issues, and escalate critical incidents to the appropriate teams for resolution.

Documentation : Maintain accurate documentation of Adobe Marketo Engage, AEP and AJO processes, including standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.

Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT teams, to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of issues.

Deployment Support : Support deployment activities and participate in pre deployment KT sessions and review design documents, inventory and go-live checklist

Oncall rotation : Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift rotation to provide round-the-clock support coverage.

Your Skills & Experience :

Education : Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in Adobe Marketo Engage or other marketing automation platforms.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform

Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support, monitoring, or related roles, preferably with experience

Having experience in AJO is plus

Troubleshooting Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to the Adobe Marketo Engage platform, AEP and AJO.

Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with users and stakeholders, explain technical concepts, and provide support.

Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Documentation : Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate records of processes, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles.
