Job Description

The Business Process Office is comprised of Business Process Owners (BPO’s) who are accountable for the definition, health, and performance of Clinical Science’s key end-to-end processes. The BPO partners closely with various process stakeholders to ensure alignment of people, process and technology and are responsible for the performance of key end-to-end processes in realizing their objectives as measured by process indicators and are empowered to identify and champion improvements.

Responsibilities :

Process Improvement : As assigned; accountable for delivering process transformations and continuous process improvement.

• Lead and deliver transformation projects as assigned and chartered.
• Use established methods to diagnose the current state of a process and identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Use established process improvement tools to identify and implement countermeasures that improve process efficiency, quality, and / or compliance.
• Establishes process strategy, objectives and long-range roadmap with input from key stakeholders (including business and IT); identifies, facilitates / implements process changes
• Network internally and externally.

Process Management : As assigned, accountable for process performance oversight, process-related decision-making, and all process-related maintenance activities. Additionally, partner closely with the functional area management and subject matter experts (SME’s) for the assigned process(es) who are responsible for process content, outputs, and quality.

This is a hybrid role based at our Lake County, IL headquarters.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. ​
