Title Examiner / Court Runner (DE)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Court Runner who also performs Title Examination duties. This hybrid role combines administrative support in legal environments with specialized research and analysis of property titles. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in fast-paced settings, managing multiple tasks, and ensuring accuracy in all documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-5+ years of professional experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with court procedures and property title terminology
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Problem-solving mindset and analytical ability
