Job descriptionCurrent Nursing Assistant certification from state OR If currently attending a CNA class working toward certification - may not work non-certified for more than four (4) months. Current / active CPR certification or the ability to be CPR certified within the next 6 months High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills Considerable physical activity : Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to fifty (50) or more pounds. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job. Push, pull, move, and / or lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds to a minimum height of three (3) feet and be able to push, pull, move, and / or carry such weight a minimum distance of fifty (50) feet. Standing and / or walking for more than four (4) hours per day. Bending and / or stooping for more than one (1) hour at a time.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients and assisting them with their daily activities.
Responsibilities :
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Help patients with mobility and transfer them to and from beds, wheelchairs, or stretchers
- Serve meals and assist patients with eating
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Document patient care and report any concerns to the nursing staff
