Job descriptionProgressive Care Unit nursing position available at Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. Seeking experienced RNs with a focus on cardiac / telemetry, PCU, or critical care. Required skills include IV insertion, chest tube management, DHT insertion / management, tracheostomy experience, CVC management, EKG, Foley management, and early patient mobility. Scheduling requirements include 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule with self-scheduling option. Schedule is finalized 2 weeks in advance. Block scheduling can be accommodated for night shift. Unit name : Progressive Care Unit. Number of beds : 29. Patient ratios usually 4 : 1. Utilize equipment such as Welch Allyn dynamaps, Phillips telemetry, and more. Documentation system is Meditech.
