Job Title : Patent Prosecution Partner / Equity Shareholder

Location : Manchester, NH (Preferred) | Boston & Other New England Offices (Flexible Hybrid Options)

Compensation : Base Salary $300,000-$500,000+ (Based on portable book of business) + Equity + Bonuses

Benefits : Excellent Health Coverage, PTO, 401(k)

The firm's Intellectual Property and Patent Prosecution team , based in Manchester, NH, is expanding and seeking a seasoned attorney to help lead and grow the practice.

Position Overview :

This is a unique opportunity for a Patent Prosecution Partner with a portable book of business (regardless of size) to step into an Equity Shareholder role. The firm offers flexibility in office location and hybrid scheduling, along with the chance to work alongside a highly regarded IP team on sophisticated matters across industries.

Qualifications :

  • J.D. and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 8+ years of experience in patent prosecution , preferably with leadership or client development experience.
  • Portable book of business required (size flexible).
  • Strong client relationship skills and ability to contribute to firm growth.
