Entwicklung und Umsetzung von kreativen Motion Graphics zur visuellen Aufwertung des Contents
Erstellung und Umsetzung von Briefings für Kurzvideo-Drehs sowie Abstimmung mit dem Podcast-Team
Analyse von Social-Media-Kennzahlen und Ableitung von Optimierungsstrategien für performante Videos
Postproduktion von Kurzvideos (Shorts / Reels / Tiktoks) aus dem Tim Gabel Podcast und anderen G-IN-Projekten
Eigenständige Auswahl der besten Podcast-Momente aus langen, teils komplexen Folgen und Aufbereitung als performante Kurzvideos
Videoschnitt, Sounddesign und grafische Einblendungen mit Adobe Premiere Pro und After Effects

Qualifikation

Videoschnitt ist deine Leidenschaft – du konsumierst selbst viel YouTube und Kurzvideos und verstehst, was performante Videos ausmacht

Regelmäßiger Hörer des Tim Gabel Podcasts mit Interesse, täglich daran zu arbeiten

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects und Photoshop – insbesondere in Videoschnitt, Animationen und Motion Graphics

Erfahrung in der Postproduktion von Social-Media-Videos (Schnitt, Animationen, SoundFX, Untertitel)

Kreativität und technisches Know-how zur Erstellung visueller Effekte und Animationen auf hohem Niveau

Gutes Verständnis für YouTube, Instagram und TikTok – du kennst die Mechaniken dieser Plattformen

Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen zu verstehen , zu filtern und gezielt in starke Clips zu übersetzen
