Job Details :

• Hospital Cardiac Surgery Program :

Growing program

Hospital-based

Cerner (transitioning to EPIC), with some paper documentation

Cardiac surgeries : 1 per day (not every day)

Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric

8 in use simultaneously

Cannot accept visa candidates

8 - 12 weeks

Submission Requirements :

Board Certified in Cardiac Anesthesiology (Preferred; Board Eligible considered)

Active Iowa license or IMLC (Highly Preferred)

TEE Certified (Must be able to read, interpret, and bill TEE procedures - NOT just the placement of the probe)

Iowa CSR (Required), DEA (Required), Cardiac Fellowship (Preferred, extensive experience acceptable if TEE certified), BLS, ACLS, PALS (Required), COVID Vaccination (Required)
