Compensation :
$102,000 - $185,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Assist in generating leads through innovative marketing strategies and community engagement.Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices in client relationship management.Participate in training sessions to enhance your understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.Support the team in organizing and conducting open houses to showcase properties to potential buyers.Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property recommendations.Utilize cutting-edge technology to streamline communication and transaction processes.Contribute to the development of marketing materials to effectively promote listings and services in the Gainesville area.Qualifications :
Real Estate License or working toward licensure.Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.Proven track record of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.Strong communication skills to engage with clients and understand their needs.Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for marketing and client management.Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.About Company
