HVAC Install Manager

TE Certified is a premier home service business in Atlanta with over 400 service trucks serving the north Atlanta area. TE is expanding its HVAC service department with a new locations and is looking for a Residential HVAC Install Manager to spearhead the company's growth. This position requires someone with the knowledge and skill to successfully run and improve an install department.

Ideal candidates should :

• Have significant residential HVAC management experience with excellent troubleshooting and training abilities, and a good understanding of the residential HVAC Install and sales process.
• Have strong computer skills related to industry software, apps, and automation.
• Be able to run an install department and handle management-level responsibilities, including recruiting, training, coaching, and instructing HVAC installers.
• Be comfortable fielding technical phone calls, as well as handling difficult situations and demanding customers.
• Be confident riding along and training new technicians.
• Be able and willing to teach technicians how to install, replace, repair and troubleshoot systems, as well as train on customer service skills.
• Be comfortable and confident operating a best in class HVAC department within an established business.

This position is well suited for a senior technician or manager with strong technical abilities and good management skills who lives in or near Marietta, GA.
