Hayden Pet Hospital is seeking an Assistant Veterinary Hospital Manager who is passionate about elevating team culture, strengthening collaboration, and supporting the hospital’s overall operational success. This role is ideal for someone with veterinary experience who thrives on leading others, improving workflows, and helping teams perform at their best.

As our Assistant Hospital Manager , you will partner closely with the Regional Managers and Medical Director, playing a key role in day-to-day operations, staff development, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll help build a positive, cohesive environment where both people and pets receive exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities Include :

Team Culture & Leadership Support

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented environment across all departments.
• Support conflict resolution, coach team members, and reinforce hospital values.
• Assist in staff development through mentorship, performance feedback, and training support.
• Help build strong communication pathways to improve collaboration and trust.

Operational & Administrative Oversight
