Concessions Manager Zulu Grille

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Concessions Manager Zulu Grille. In this role, you'll support daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensure consistent food quality and speed of service, and provide strong leadership for a team handling grab-and-go, quick-serve, and volume-based food production.

As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Loveguiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll enhance the guest experience by ensuring quick, friendly service and high-quality food and beverage offerings at all concession outlets. By leading and supporting your team, you create a positive work environment that helps associates deliver efficient and welcoming service to every guest.

Pay Rate / Salary Range $70,000 - $85,000 based on experience

Must be available for nights, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily BOH operations, including prep, service, and closing in a high-volume setting
• Lead kitchen team in executing standardized recipes and maintaining food quality
• Ensure fast ticket times, clean workspaces, and food safety compliance
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and controlling food costs and waste
• Coordinate with FOH and expo for smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
