Job description

Position Overview :

  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis.
  • This role involves providing telehealth and in clinic supervision , depending on client needs and availability.
  • The position focuses on comprehensive treatment plans and early intervention, working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

  • Founded in 2013, Spectrum Therapeutic Services has remained dedicated to providing personalized ABA therapy to children with autism in the Radford, VA area.
  • Owner Anna Caldwell, BCBA, LCSW prides the clinic on meaningful treatment and fostering therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
  • This means that Spectrum Therapeutic remains a small, family based clinic focusing on in person support for both clients and staff.
  • The clinic operated Monday-Friday 8a-4p offering 1 :

  • 1 ABA therapy, social skills groups and parent trainings.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide 25-40 hours of case supervision and protocol modification per week, via telehealth and in clinic, in person services.
  • Oversee and mentor Behavior Technicians in the delivery of ABA services.
  • Conduct initial assessments, ongoing evaluations, and update treatment plans as needed.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases and ensure client progress.
  • Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and clinic policies.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to facilitate program success, providing regular family guidance services for caseload.
  • Qualifications :

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience with children with ASD in early intervention and comprehensive ABA programs.
  • Proficient in providing telehealth services and supervising remote teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both with colleagues and families.
  • Familiarity with data collection software and technology used in remote supervision.
  • Compensation :

  • Competitive hourly rate ranging from $60 to $100 per hour, based on experience.
