CPA Manager of Accounting Operations

A company is looking for a Manager of Accounting Operations in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in reviewing daily funding requirements and employee reimbursements

Oversee the accounting team, including processing contractor invoices and evaluating performance

Co-lead continuous improvement initiatives and support special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

CPA required

Latin honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude) required

At least 10 years of audit / accounting experience, with 3 years in a managerial role

Strong understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable processes

Solid organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
