Amazon Case Manager

Schedule : M-F, 9AM -5PM Pacific Time

Salary : $1,000 - $1,500 / month

We're looking for an experienced Amazon Case Manager with a strong background in the supplements space to join our team. In this role, you'll own backend troubleshooting across Seller Central submitting and managing cases, escalating issues, and ensuring ASINs remain live, optimized, and compliant. Bonus points if you've worked closely with brand operations in the supplement or wellness category.

Responsibilities :

• Own case submissions in Amazon Seller Central related to listing suspensions, policy violations, FBA issues, and other backend challenges.
• Act as the go-to expert for backend resolution ensuring swift reinstatement of listings and minimizing downtime.
• Maintain organized case history, track response timelines, and follow through on escalations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and marketing to ensure all listings meet Amazon's compliance requirements.
• Support day-to-day brand operations including listing audits, logistics coordination, and customer experience with special attention to supplement-specific regulations.
