Key Responsibilities : Provide direct patient care, including preventive care, primary diagnosis, treatment, and inpatient care when appropriate. Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and health screenings. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in medical records as per clinic protocols. Provide call coverage and inpatient care per contractual obligations. Adhere to OSHA regulations and clinic safety standards. Qualifications : Board certified or eligible in family medicine. Graduation from an accredited school of medicine. At least three (3) years of experience in a primary healthcare environment, preferably in medically underserved communities and community health center settings. Current, valid license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon, including DEA license and CPR certification. Relevant knowledge of health center licensing and operations, especially within a FQHC environment. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Willingness and ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
