We're seeking an experienced HR / Credentialing Specialist to join a high-volume audit project with one of Washington's largest healthcare employers. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, prior healthcare experience, and familiarity with professional license verification processes.
What You'll Do
- Be part of a specialized team responsible for auditing over 14,000 employee records to verify and update license and credential data for all licensed staff (excluding providers).
- Perform renewal verifications of employee credentials directly from primary sources
- Track and monitor expirations, renewals, and updates to licensure / credentials
- Maintain documentation of primary source verification for regulatory agencies
- Audit and reconcile data between HRIS and the credentialing vendor to ensure accuracy
- Identify discrepancies and update HRIS records accordingly
