A contract Family Practice Physician is needed for a Corporate Health Center starting February 3 to March 31. The physician will provide primary care and acute episodic care to patients aged 2 and older, with preferred experience in Epic EMR. Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with over 2 years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty, and work hours are Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.

Client seeks Physician for contract Family Practice assignment starting February 3-March 31 at their onsite Corporate Health Center. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and some occupational health services. Hours are Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified or Board Eligible and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Epic EMR experience is preferred.
