Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels while addressing customer inquiries and transactions
Complete a range of financial transactions accurately while adhering to bank policies and procedures

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, banking, or a contact center
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to diverse customers
Must be able to assist customers in English and Spanish if bilingual
Proficient in using technology and software applications related to the position
