About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Programmatic Demand & Enablement to spearhead a newly formed team dedicated to enhancing partnerships with supply teams, agency trading desks, and programmatic buyers. This pivotal role is within the sales organization and is tasked with driving the development of supply-side partnerships and expanding programmatic demand. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining and executing the company's go-to-market strategy, collaborating with various teams to deliver integrated solutions, and will be expected to have a strong network of relationships across independent, mid-market, and tier-one agencies. Key responsibilities include cultivating VP+ level relationships, leading a high-performing team, and representing the company at industry events. The ideal candidate is a strategic builder with a clear vision for growth, a proven track record in programmatic sales, and a passion for driving results. Applicants for the Vice President, Programmatic Demand & Enablement role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in SSP, marketplace, or supply-side sales, with a focus on the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
