About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Portuguese-speaking Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team at an international bank headquartered in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, preferably in financial services, and fluency in both English and Portuguese. This role plays a key part in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across the US.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in the U.S.

Source candidates using a variety of platforms and methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.

Conduct interviews in both Portuguese and English.

Build relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

Maintain candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application through onboarding.

Track metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within financial services or banking.

Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) is required.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Preferred Skills :

Experience with diversity hiring strategies.

Understanding of the financial industry landscape.
