A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the accounts payable process and ensure accurate vendor payments and invoice processing.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the processing of high-volume invoices, credit memos, and payments
Reconcile vendor statements and prepare management reports
Supervise and train accounts payable staff while maintaining vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, or significant experience in lieu of a degree
Must be a US Citizen
7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint and familiarity with SAP Ariba
Strong understanding of compliance requirements including CAS, FAR, and DFARS
