Associate Attorney

MSBT Law, Chtd. is seeking a highly motivated associate attorney. MSBT Law, Chtd. practice areas are Family Law, Wills / Probates, Criminal Prosecution, and Municipal Law. Qualifications for the position, include, but are not limited to, a member of the Idaho State Bar in good standing; superior writing and oral advocacy skills; strong organizational skills; the capacity to work independently and as a team member; and exceptional client service skills. • Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision.
• Provide exceptional client services by communicating effectively and addressing client inquiries.
• Collaborate with attorneys on case preparation and strategy development.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation to facilitate workflow.
