Job Description

As an Onsite Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting construction site operations during the early morning hours. This position offers an opportunity to work independently while contributing to the safety and efficiency of major construction projects. You'll be the frontline contact for workforce management, ensuring that all workers are properly credentialed and that data integrity is maintained across the site access system.

This part-time role runs Monday through Friday from 5 : 30am to 9 : 30am (20 hours per week, hours may vary based on need) and is expected to continue through December 2028. You'll report directly to your supervisor and collaborate with construction site personnel, working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create, review, and distribute RFID badges to construction workers arriving on-site
  • Review and identify discrepancies in workforce data received through the site access system
  • Communicate data issues and irregularities to supervisor in a timely manner
  • Perform routine checks and testing of RFID equipment to ensure proper functionality
  • Conduct on-site drug testing for workers as required by project protocols
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all badge distribution and testing activities

Required Experience / Skills

  • Previous experience in data entry or related administrative fields
  • Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fast and accurate typing abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual required)
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-volume situations
  • Deadline-oriented mindset with ability to manage time effectively
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with diverse workforce populations

  • Experience in construction industry operations or jobsite environments
  • Familiarity with RFID technology or access control systems
  • Background in safety compliance or drug testing procedures
  • Previous experience working early morning shifts

    High school diploma or equivalent required
