As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a retail location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entrances and exits, checking credentials, and conducting routine patrols. What You'll Do : + Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the retail location.+ Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or exit from the premises.+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the store and surrounding perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity.+ Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols.+ Document and report security-related incidents or concerns to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives.+ Promote a welcoming atmosphere for guests, visitors, and employees while remaining alert to potential security-related concerns.
