- Salary : $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
- Schedule : Monday - Friday; 9am - 2pm. PART TIME position totaling 25 hours per week.

Job Description Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team at Country Manor Estates, a159-unit manufactured housing community located in Brush Prairie, WA. This role ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team members.
Key Responsibilities :
Represent Investment Property Group in a positive and professional manner at all times.Perform general grounds maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, and leaf removal.Operate power tools and equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).Use a chainsaw to cut and remove large tree limbs or debris that fall on property.Maintain cleanliness of common areas, lawns, walkways, and parking areas.Inspect and maintain irrigation systems; adjust, repair, or replace sprinklers and valves as needed.Assist with the inspection of the property and all common areas each morning and address areas that require attention.Vacuum, sweep, clean toilets, take out the track, scrub floors, disinfect hallways, and remove litter around the property, breezeways, stairwells, community rooms, and leasing office.Perform trash-out duties, including removing abandoned furniture, trash and boxes, and transferring the items to dumpsters or storage areas.Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to managementOther tasks assigned by Maintenance Supervisor, Community Manager or Regional Manager.Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements :
Must possess knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of power tools and mechanical equipment.Ability to interact professionally with community residents, staff members, and visitors.Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, lifting, bending, and pulling throughout the workday.Ability to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property.Time management and problem-solving skills.A positive attitude.Must have a valid driver's license.What Will Make You Stand Out :
Basic plumbing knowledge.Irrigation repair and troubleshooting experience.Experience with and comfortable with operating a chainsaw to cut and remove large tree limbs and debris that fall on to property.Benefits
