Job Description

Qualification :

Education : MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Ability to identify, attract, and recruit top medical professionals

Strong acumen in business profitability and financial sustainability

Expertise in developing and executing innovative clinician engagement strategies

Extensive clinician network with deep insights into high-potential and established medical leaders

Experience in managing clinician performance, conducting evaluations, and making strategic decisions on underperformance

Demonstrated success in implementing cost-optimization initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency

Specification :

Qualification : MBBS / MD, MBA added value

Work Experience : 20+ yrs, 4 yrs in Medical Director capacity

Strong track record in recruiting and engaging top medical talent

Expertise in developing and executing business-aligned clinical strategies

Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management
