Reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing, the Brand Coordinator supports the execution of marketing strategies and implementation plans that advance Mendoza’s goals and priorities. The Brand Coordinator works closely with Brand Managers, program staff, and college operations stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing content, coordinate projects, and ensure brand consistency across channels. This position provides meaningful opportunities for professional growth while contributing to a cohesive, collaborative, and mission-driven marketing team.

Core Responsibilities :

Marketing Support & Project Execution 30%

  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies for assigned programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate development of promotional materials, digital content, and campaign assets.
  • Support day-to-day execution of projects that drive recruitment, engagement, and visibility.

Content Development & Management 20%

  • Draft and edit content for social media, newsletters, websites, and print.
  • Assist with storytelling efforts including student, alumni, and staff features.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice and adherence to college identity guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration 15%

  • Partner with brand managers and functional partners to support marketing needs for college strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as secondary support for the MBA program, working alongside the MBA Brand Manager.
  • Provide timely updates and responsive communication to stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination & Organization 20%

  • Manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure smooth execution of marketing projects.
  • Assist with scheduling, asset collection, and vendor coordination as needed.
  • Maintain organized records, calendars, and project files.
  • Brand Identity & Communications Support 15%

  • Review and prepare materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Contribute creative ideas to strengthen the brand’s presence and engagement.
  • Support photography, videography, and other creative initiatives as assigned.
  • The Brand Coordinator supports the execution of integrated marketing strategies and plans across assigned programs and initiatives. This position works closely with Brand Managers to help ensure marketing efforts are implemented effectively and on time. In addition, this person contributes to streamlining processes, maintaining brand consistency, and fostering collaboration across the graduate programs and college operations projects they support.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, brand strategy, account management, and / or communications
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (social platforms, CMS, email, CRM, project management systems).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for learning and professional growth.
  • Additional Information

    Compensation : Up to $24 / hour. This position will close on October 20th.
