Adelphi is seeking Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Primary Care Physicians to provide comprehensive medical services at multiple health centers in San Bernardino County. The ideal physician will be responsible for delivering adult and pediatric primary care, preventive health services, chronic disease management, and reproductive health care in a patient-centered, community health setting.

Required :
MD or DO degree with successful completion of a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Preventive Medicine residencyBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM), American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), or equivalentValid California Medical License (or ability to obtain before start date)DEA License and current BLS / ACLS certificationExperience in primary care, reproductive health, and chronic disease managementKnowledge of LARC (Long-Acting Reversible Contraception), colposcopy, anoscopy, and wound care (preferred)At least one year of experience in an underserved, community health, or FQHC setting (preferred)Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skillsResponsibilities :
Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care, including preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and acute careConduct health screenings, physical exams, immunizations, and diagnostic evaluationsPerform refugee / asylee health assessments in compliance with state guidelinesWork collaboratively with mid-level practitioners (Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants) and provide clinical oversightParticipate in telehealth visits as neededUtilize an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for documentation and patient managementCoordinate whole-person care, including behavioral health, dental, and social servicesSupervise and train medical residents or students if applicableParticipate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and performance evaluationsAssist in developing and implementing clinic policies and proceduresCollaborate with hospital partners for referrals and continuity of careEnsure compliance with state and federal regulations, including FQHC & HRSA requirementsMaintain productivity standards, typically 18-20 patients per 8-hour shift (as per contract expectations)
