Description :

Oversee daily operations while ensuring compliance.

Manage staff to meet organizational goals.

Set and optimize procedures within the department.

Manage budgets and resources effectively.

Monitor performance metrics to ensure efficiency.

Focus on improving business efficiency and safe functioning of the operating room.

This is a leadership role.

Participation in rare on-call duty or weekend coverage may be required for emergencies.
