  • Cross functional collaboration and leadership

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Guest Services on on sale plans, messaging, capacities, and event day needs.
  • Train, guide, and support box office and ticketing staff on systems, procedures, and PSQ policies.
  • This role combines operational oversight with strategic sales, ensuring that ticketing systems, box office operations, and guest services are optimized for efficiency, financial accuracy, and exceptional customer experience.

    Minimum Qualifications :

  • 4-6 years of experience in ticketing or box office operations, with supervisory or managerial experience required.
  • Proven expertise with at least two major ticketing platforms (e.g., TicketSpice, TIXR, Etix, TM, AXS).
  • Strong understanding of live event operations, guest experience, and financial reconciliation.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, and data reporting tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts during events.
