Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a mid-rise condominium in Hollywood, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong management, sales, and marketing skills along with Yardi software experience .

Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily building operations, staff, budgets, and vendor relations.
  • Maintain resident satisfaction and handle communications with the board and ownership.
  • Use Yardi for accounting, leasing, and reporting.
  • Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies to maintain occupancy.
  • Oversee maintenance, inspections, and capital projects.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of residential or condo management experience.
  • Yardi proficiency required.
  • Strong sales and marketing background.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Florida CAM license preferred.
