JOB SUMMARY :
We are looking for a results-driven Financial Analyst / Associate (Pricing) to join our Finance & Analytics team. In this role, you will be central to developing and executing pricing strategies that balance customer needs with company profitability and long-term. You will analyze customer profiles, expected sales volumes, and location dynamics to optimize pricing decisions with the objective of maintaining and improving ROIC.
You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing pricing models and frameworks that support sales and operational teams across the business. In addition, you will actively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute actionable ideas that enhance productivity, outcomes, and cross-departmental collaboration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
- Develop pricing solutions for potential new customers
- Maximize profitability across all customer bases
- Identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend refinements to prices and strategy
- Partner with cross-functional team on pricing-related initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement to pricing analyses, tools, and reports
- Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor or other members of management.
- Work with data and analytical platforms to identify challenges, develop recommendations, and measure success in partnership with stakeholders.
- Facilitate change by guiding operational teams through the transition to new tools and reporting systems.
- Participate in Lean activities to provide analytical support to strategic initiatives.
