Compensation : $16 – $19 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Shifts Available : 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (Monday–Friday, 40+ hours)

Key Responsibilities

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the full machining process, including :

  • Machine Operation : Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform drilling, grinding, and milling operations.
  • Quality Control : Supervise machine performance and inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet specifications.
  • Material Handling : Prepare, load, and secure raw materials onto machines.
  • Blueprint Reading : Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings ; use measuring devices as needed.
  • Teamwork : Maintain a strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

    • Requirements

  • Ability to lift : 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs consistently.
  • Must be able to pass a national background check and drug test .

    • Experience : CNC machining experience is preferred. However, mechanically inclined candidates with prior machine operating experience will be considered and can be trained .
