A Kids World Learning Center is not your average childcare centerwe are a Farm-to-ECE, Quality Rated school that brings nature, gardening, and nutrition into the heart of learning. We are committed to supporting children and families through healthy meals, outdoor experiences, and whole-child development.

Were looking for a passionate and energetic Assistant Director to join our leadership team. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work any shift between 6 : 30 am and 6 : 30 pm.

What Youll Do :

  • Partner with the Center Director to manage daily operations, staffing, and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing standards and maintain our Quality Rated environment.
  • Lead and inspire teachers through coaching, training, and classroom support.
  • Build strong relationships with families while promoting health, wellness, and nutrition.
  • Step into classrooms as needed to support ratios and model best practices.
  • Help nurture our nature-based, farm-to-table culture for children and staff.

What Were Looking For :

  • Previous childcare leadership or early childhood education experience (assistant director, lead teacher, or similar).
  • Knowledge of state licensing regulations and early learning best practices.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Flexible, dependable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
  • A passion for children, family partnerships, and nature-based learning.
