Daily Responsibilities :

• Immerse in full-cycle CNC operations, from setup to product inspection, underlined by detailed procedural documents.
• Bring your CNC program expertise to the fore : create, modify, and execute complex programs ensuring top-tier product standards.
• Meticulous attention to machinery : maintain cleanliness, regulate fluid levels, and manage tooling efficiently.
• Collaborate and voice insights or hurdles to supervisors promptly.
• Expand skillset with versatile task engagement beyond CNC operations when required.
• Identify and advocate for process enhancements through Lean manufacturing principles.
• Efficiently manage job details using the E2 system for optimal workflow tracking.
• Be adaptable, embracing roles beyond specific job descriptions as business necessitates.

Performance and Proficiency :

Essential Experience and Education :

5 years of hands-on CNC experience is mandatory, reflecting extensive operational insight.

Licensure :

A valid driver's license is necessary to meet operational demands.

Physical Expectations :

Physical prowess required for the role includes occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, alongside specific visual acuity. ADA accommodations are available as needed.

Workplace Environment :

The workspace thrives on moderate noise levels, with PPE required on occasion to align with safety standards.
